Affiliate Program Terms

Operator: JSB Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“JSB Holdings”, “we”, “us”). Program: the Live Tennis API affiliate program, run in-house at affiliates.livetennisapi.com. By creating an affiliate account you agree to these terms. Plain-language summary: refer real customers honestly, and we pay you 51% of everything they pay, every month, for as long as they stay.

1. Joining

Joining is free. Accounts are active immediately on signup — there is no waiting period. Automated fraud checks may place an account on hold at signup or later; a held account keeps tracking referrals but receives no payouts until we review and clear it. You must verify your email address before any payout is sent. One account per person or entity.

2. Commission

Your commission is 51% of every payment a referred customer actually makes (their invoice total, which already includes their referral discount), recurring for the life of each referred subscription — the first charge and every renewal. One-off purchases (such as historical data packages) pay a one-time commission at the same rate. The rate that applies to a referred subscription is the rate in effect when you made the referral, and it stays with that subscription for its lifetime — that is what makes the commission lifetime recurring. Promotional rates (for example a launch offer for early adopters) are stamped on your account when you qualify and do not expire. We may change the standard rate for future referrals only — customers referred after the change takes effect — with notice to the email on your affiliate account. A change never applies to a subscription you have already referred, never applies retroactively to commissions already accrued, and never lowers a promotional rate already stamped on your account.

3. Referred-customer discount

Customers you refer to the Live Tennis API get 10% off, applied automatically through your link or by entering your referral code at checkout, and our payment processor applies it to every payment on that subscription. Break-point Alerts and the Historical Tennis Data API are sold at list price — your referrals are still tracked and still pay you 51%, of the full amount.

4. Attribution and the cookie window

Clicking your referral link sets a first-party cookie valid for 30 days; if the same visitor later follows a different affiliate’s link, the most recent link wins (last click). Attribution is finalized at checkout. Your referral code also works as the customer’s discount code, so a sale where the customer enters your code at checkout is attributed to you even without the cookie. Once a subscription is attributed to you it remains yours for its lifetime; attribution of an existing subscription is never reassigned.

5. Tracking technology, data and disclosure

The program’s tracking works like this, and these terms promise nothing beyond it. Clicking your referral link takes the visitor to our site, where we set a first-party cookie and mint an opaque click ID. Alongside the click we record the referring host, coarse country, device class and landing page — we do not store the visitor’s IP address in affiliate reporting, and your dashboard never shows a referred customer’s identity or email. Our embeddable score widgets set no cookies inside the frame and contain no scripts; they simply link out through your referral link. Optional server-to-server postbacks send conversion events to an HTTPS endpoint you control, carrying the click ID, your own sub-IDs, event and amount fields — never the customer’s name, email or payment details. Postback endpoints are activated after our review.

Your side of it: link names and sub-IDs are labels you choose — do not put personal data (a subscriber’s name, email or account ID from your own systems) into them. Data our postbacks deliver into your systems is yours to protect: you are responsible for handling it lawfully under the privacy rules that apply to you. And wherever you promote your link, disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously (an “#ad” or “affiliate link” note works) as consumer-protection rules such as the FTC’s endorsement guides require — undisclosed promotion counts as a misleading claim under section 8.

6. Hold period, refunds and clawbacks

Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the underlying customer payment — 60 days for a commission on an annual-plan invoice, matching that plan’s longer refund exposure. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is reduced proportionally or reversed in full; if it was already paid out, the reversal is deducted from your next payout. We may withhold release of commissions on an account that is under fraud review.

7. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or Wise to the payout email on your account, once your available balance (commissions past the hold period) reaches the $20 minimum. Balances below the minimum roll over — they do not expire. Commissions are paid gross: we do not withhold tax, and you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on your affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited promotion methods

The following void the associated commissions and can end your participation:

9. Fraud review, suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, with or without notice, for violating these terms or for activity we reasonably believe is fraudulent. Commissions attributable to fraudulent or prohibited activity are forfeited. Commissions legitimately earned on genuine referrals before termination remain payable under the normal hold and minimum rules. A suspended account’s links stop converting immediately.

10. Relationship

Affiliates are independent — this program creates no employment, agency, or partnership relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively; continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced to the email on your affiliate account. No change to these terms alters the commission rate locked to a subscription you have already referred — section 2 governs.
