Back to Live Tennis API

Terms of Use

Provider: JSB Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“JSB Holdings”, “we”, “us”). Service: the Tennis Data & Analytics API and its REST and WebSocket interfaces (the “API”). By subscribing to or calling the API you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription tier, JSB Holdings grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the API and use its responses within your own applications and services. All access is authenticated by an API key or marketplace subscription issued to you; you are responsible for all activity under your credentials and must keep them confidential and server-side.

2. Subscription Tiers and Rate Limits

Access to endpoints, fields, and request volume is determined by your tier (BASIC, PRO, ULTRA) as published on the API listing. You will not attempt to exceed, circumvent, or evade the rate limits, quotas, or tier gates — including by rotating keys or distributing calls across accounts. Model outputs, live model fields, market prices, and the WebSocket feed are available only on the tiers where they are listed.

3. Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the raw API responses as a competing data feed or bulk dataset; (b) use the API to build a product whose primary purpose is to replicate or substitute for the API itself; (c) scrape, cache, or store the data beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate your application; (d) use the API for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (e) misrepresent the source of the data or imply endorsement by JSB Holdings.

4. Intellectual Property

The API, its data compilation, the arbitrated live feed, and all model outputs, win-probabilities, and analysis are the property of JSB Holdings and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the responses in your application; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying data, models, or compilation.

5. No Warranty; Informational Only

The API is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Sports data and model outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not betting, wagering, investment, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using the API. JSB Holdings does not guarantee the accuracy of any score, price, or prediction.

6. Availability

The API is a best-effort, single-region service. Coverage depends on upstream data availability and may be reduced, delayed, or interrupted at any time. We may modify, add, or remove endpoints and fields; backward-compatible additions may ship within a version at any time, and breaking changes ship under a new version.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSB Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the API. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the API will not exceed the fees you paid for the API in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, for abuse or excessive load, or as required to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the API at any time by cancelling your subscription.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the API after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
